Do you take insurance?

I no longer take insurance payment for my services.  Unfortunately the current insurance the reimbursement rates are too low to make up for the extra time and complication often involved with working with insurance.  90-95% of all issues that I have experienced in my business have been directly related to working with insurance and this is why I made the decision to stop taking insurance.

If you would like to try to get reimbursement for your treatment through your insurance, I can provide you with a superbill receipt so that you can submit an insurance claim directly to your insurer provider for reimbursement.  Before doing this, you should check to make sure that you have a plan that covers acupuncture for your medical condition and that you also have out-of-network coverage for acupuncture.  I do not guarantee coverage and payment is due at the time of service for all patients (including patients coming through workman's comp or auto-accident coverage).
